Cancellation Policy For Services Provided by Plinthmac Technologies

At Plinthmac Technologies, we understand that projects and plans can change, and we strive to offer a cancellation and refund policy that is both fair and transparent. Our policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality web design, advertising, and SEO services. When you engage with us for these services, it is important to familiarize yourself with our terms to avoid any misunderstandings. For web design services, cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to our support team. If you decide to cancel your project before any work has begun, we will provide a full refund of any deposits or payments made. However, if work has already commenced, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is 20% of the total project cost and is intended to cover the initial setup and planning that has taken place. Any payments made in excess of this fee will be refunded. If the project is more than 50% complete, no refunds will be issued, as the majority of the work and resources have been utilized. In the case of advertising services, which often involve third-party platforms and media buys, the cancellation policy is slightly different. Cancellations must also be made in writing and must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date of the campaign. If you cancel within this timeframe, a 50% refund of the total campaign cost will be issued, as some preliminary setup and strategy sessions may have occurred. Once media buys are made and the campaign has launched, no refunds can be provided, as the costs are non-recoverable. However, we can work with you to reallocate unused funds to a future campaign, subject to our mutual agreement. For SEO services, which are typically ongoing and require a long-term commitment to see results, cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. If you cancel within the first 30 days of the service period and no significant work has been done, a full refund of any unused funds will be provided. After the initial 30 days, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the services delivered and the time remaining in the current billing cycle. Due to the nature of SEO, which involves continuous monitoring, analysis, and adjustments, cancellations within the first 14 days of the service period will incur a 10% administrative fee. It is important to note that all refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request being received and approved. Plinthmac Technologies reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred due to the cancellation, including but not limited to third-party fees, administrative costs, and the cost of work already completed.
